Construction Updates

Photographs from the site, stage by stage, from the foundation to where it stands today. See what has been built before you pay for it.

Vasantara Skies under construction — three slabs cast, columns rising, site hoarding on the road in Chhani, Vadodara
The site today. Real photographs, not renders.

From the ground up

Photographs from the site in the order the building went up — foundation first, current stage last. Every image is a photograph taken on site; nothing here is a render.

Last updated October 2026. Updated as each stage completes.

Phase 1

Foundation and raft

Column reinforcement cages standing on the cast raft. Excavation, footing and the raft pour came before this — the stage every floor above depends on.

Phase 2

Basement: retaining walls and columns

Retaining walls up, column cages in, the first shuttering on. The neighbouring buildings in the frame give the scale of the dig.

Phase 3

Slab steel and the first pours

Reinforcement laid across the full footprint and checked before the concrete goes in — the stage buyers rarely get to see.

Phase 4

Basement complete, ground floor slab

The basement — the parking level — cast and clear, with its columns and beams in place. Above it, the ground floor slab shuttered and ready.

Phase 5

Two floors up, masonry begins

Ground and first floor slabs cast, columns for the next floor rising, and block masonry under way on the lower levels — the building now reads as a building from the road.

Phase 6 · current

Second floor slab — current stage

Steel laid for the second floor slab, then the pour. Slabs are now cast up to the second floor, the columns for the next floor are up with shuttering on, and masonry is well advanced below.

How this relates to what you pay

The payment plan is construction-linked: each instalment falls due only after the stage it names — basement slab, plinth, each floor slab — has actually been built. The photographs on this page are the visible record of those stages going up.

Stage completion dates for payment purposes are certified by the project engineer and shared with every buyer with the demand notice. This page is a record of progress, not the demand notice.
